MORE stands and a bigger variety of new and exciting products
with an upbeat mood was the order of the day at this year’s
BETA International Trade Fair.
The biggest and the best equestrian and country clothing
Trade Fair in Europe, BETA International remains at the
forefront of innovation, driving the industry forward.
With trade reaching a new scale, this year’s Trade
Fair was the place to be for those serious about supporting
their industry and meeting visitors from all over the globe.
Claire Thomas of organiser’s EMC said: “We
have received many positive comments about the Trade Fair
and are very pleased that so many exhibitors were busy with
both visitors and sales.”
BETA Executive Director and Secretary Claire Williams said:
“Throughout the three days our stand was very busy
with many new enquires regarding membership. Interest in
BETA continues to grow and develop.”
David Stuart-Monteith of Belstane Marketing said: “We
had an excellent show, Sunday was the busiest day we have
ever had at a Trade Fair, sales were up and I couldn’t
have asked for more.”
Lucy Hibbert at Comfort Zone Equestrian said their new
Airflex pad and stud girth had gone down a storm, whilst
Janet Kent of Tally Ho was delighted with the response to
their new products.
Andrew Laver of Royston Products, the William Funnell range
said: “We were delighted with the show, the stand
was busy all three days our new products were well received
and the sales exceeded our expectations.”
At Battle Hayward & Bower Rob Welch said: “Throughout
the Trade Fair we had a good flow of visitors to the stand
all wanting to do serious business. You can only see so
many customers and it helps when they all want to place
orders.”
Nicola Tyler of third time exhibitor TopSpec said: “There
has been huge interest in the whole product range and we
are delighted with the interest shown for TopSpec AntiLam.
Sunday was the best ever it has been for us and having our
sponsored riders along worked really well.”Vanessa
Fairfax of Thorowgood said: “We had a great response
from key customers as well as very positive reactions to
the Fish adjustable fit system, we have been overwhelmed
with interest in our new Claire Lilley Training Kit which
is available with a free DVD.”
At Equenox, Jane Williams’ ever innovative range
included new clothing, rugs, bandages and casual gear which
drew a lot of admirers.
Will I’Anson of first time exhibitors Speedi-Beet
said: “As we distribute through wholesalers, exhibiting
at BETA International has proved very worthwhile with excellent
feedback.”
At AlvaHorse a delighted Phil Bowen said: “We sold
more in the first day than we did in the whole of last year’s
Trade Fair we are over the moon.”
Michael Say of Wahl added: “The show has gone very
well for us with a constant flow of enquiries from all over
the world.”
